Ingredients

    0.50 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.50 lemon yields Lemon Juice
    30 gram Goat cheese, soft, Wholesome Goat, 2tbsp=30 gm
    0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Sweet peppers (bell)
    2 serving Campari Tomato - (From Campari Website)
    1 serving Mini Cucumber with Peel (by PAZM8400)

Directions

Chop the vegetables and mix with everything else. Add the cheese last.
