    *Barilla BowTie Pasta, 6 oz (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 3 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    alpine touch and greek seasoning


sautee chopped chicken with seasoning set aside. Sautee each veggie and set aside. THen sautee onion and add garlic at end. Finally chop tomatoes on top of onion and garlic then stir in all the chicken and veggies. add wine and cook down a bit. season to taste with alpine and greek. then add cream. Stir in cooked pasta at the end serve with fresh basil / grated cheese
