    12 oz lean ground beef
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
    1 tbsp + 1tsp ketchup
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    Dash pepper


In bowl combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Broil on rack, 6 inches from source of heat, about 5 minutes on each side or until done to taste.
