Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup
    Grapes, 15 grape
    Blackberries, fresh, .25 cup
    Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, .25 cup
    5-6 ice cubes

Tips

When I made this, I actually use HUGE blackberries (1 inch long) and unfortunately, the seeds were very large and irritating. I would suggest not using very large blackberries so you don't spend and half hour pulling seeds out of your mouth.


Directions

Put water in bottom of blender, add ice then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend just until smooth. Overblending will cause the smoothie to start to warm up.
