    2 bags, Picksweet frozen yellow squash
    2 slices, low sodium bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tbsp red cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 cup water


1. Add all ingredients in the pot.
2. Bring squash to a boil over high heat. Then turn down to medium, medium-low to simmer for an hour. Stir occasionally.
