Ingredients

1 lb. - Fresh Pork Tenderloin
2 tsp. - Dried Thyme Leaves
1/4 cup - Maple Syrup
2 Tbs. - Mustard with grainy texture
Tips
Meat should rest for 3 min.
Temperature should then be 145 degrees.
Directions
1) Heat oven broiler.
2) Rinse tenderloin in cold water and dry with paper towels.
3) Cut thick end into 3/4-inch thick slices; leave thin end in one piece.
4) Mix together thyme, syrup, and mustard. Dipe each slicke of pork, then lay pork on broiler pan wihich has been sprayed with cooking spray.
5) Broil about 2-inches from heat source for 6-8 min; turn and broin about 4 min. longer.
