    1 cup spagehtti whole wheat
    1/4 cup spinach.. i used canned
    2 oz chicken
    2 oz. beef skinny slices... stir fry type
    1.5 tbs olive oil
    salt to taste
    1 tbs dried tomatoe garlic pesto from tastefully simple
    little tastefully simple spinach herb
    maybe a little garlic powder if you want
    .25 cup chopped red pepper
    2 tbs chopped green pepper
    2 tbs chopped scallion


cook pasta and chicken and beef added blend all the ingredients together ... i made it the night before and took it the next day for dinner at work that way the seasonings could merinate. if you want the peppers softer cook them with the meat if not add them after. if you try it let me know what you think.
