Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP dry white wine
2 TBSP Italian style salad dressing
3 TBSP honey
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
plus skewers
Directions
1. Whisk together the garlic, black pepper, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, wine, and salad dressing.
2. Add Shrimp, and toss to coat.
3. Cover, and marinate in the fridge for one hour.
4. Preheat the grill for high heat. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, piercing once near the head, and one near the tail.
5. In a small bowl, combine the honey, butter, and remaining worcestershire sauce. Set aside for basting.
6. Lightly oil grill grate. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Baste occasionally with honey-butter sauce while grilling.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 skewers
