    Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long) FROZEN
    Avocados, California (Haas), .2 fruit without skin and seeds
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup


freeze banana in advance. not sure how this works if freeze after blending.add sweetener if desired.
add vanilla if desired, but may need sweetener
sprinkle unsweetened coconut on top


blend till smooth or longer and eat immediately
