    Edamame, frozen, prepared, 2 Cup
    Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 1 Cup
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 1 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *siracha chili sauce, 3 tsp
    *Gregg's Ranch Dressing - Costco, 4 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp


Throw all ingredients into food processer and blend until smooth. Add more or less Siracha to taste. Use as a dip with veggies or chips, or as a sandwich spread.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/4 cup servings.
