    12 oz. whole wheat penne pasta
    1 package (5 links) Jennie-O sweet turkey Italian sausage
    26 oz. jar of marinara sauce
    2 c. 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook turkey sausage and pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta well. Slice turkey sausage into bite size pieces and lay it on the bottom of a 2.5 quart casserole dish. Layer pasta over sausage. Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese on top of pasta. Pour marinara sauce over everything. Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Add remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Cut into 8 servings.
