Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil, divided
    1 medium Onion, raw
    1 large Apples, firm and tart prefered
    1 lb Pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in oven safe skillet. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops on both sides. Do not cook through. Set aside on plate. Add the remaining oil and saute onions and apples just until starting to get tender. Add chops back to skillet and put in oven for 20 to 25 min or until chops are done.

You can serve with brown rice and pour pan juices over. Calories not included for this.
