    Banana Nut Vita Top, 2 serving
    Chobani 2% Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 2 serving
    Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 2 serving
    *Cheese, Laughing Cow Light cream cheese, 2 wedges 33 g, 4 serving
    *Syntrax Matrix 2.0 Protein, 60 gram(s) (I prefer Peanut Butter flavored)
    *Cool Whip Free, 10 tbsp


1. Spray a 9 inch square glass (freezer safe) pan with non stick spray
2. Break up muffin tops, put in blender and crumble into crumbs. Spread into the bottom of the sprayed pan.
3. Combine the cream cheese wedges, all the yogurts and the protein powder into a mixing bowl. Using the high speed mix until well combined and creamy looking.
4. FOld in to Cool Whip.
5. Spread this into the pan on top of the crumbs.
6. Cover with foil and place in freezer for 6 hours, until frozen.
7. remove from freezer a few minutes before serving, to allow you to cut into 9 servings.
