Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can hunts fire roasted tomatoes
    i 4oz can hatch diced green chiles
    1/4 cup taco seasoning mix
    3/4 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced sweet peppers
    1/2 cup water

Tips

you can use shredded lettuce, cheese, diced fresh tomatoes as garnish for tacos, or burritos.


Directions

brown onions and peppers in non stick pan until tender..add ground beef and cook until beef is done. Add 1 can tomatoes, 1 can diced chiles, and the water. Add in taco seasoning mix..to taste... I use about a 1/4 cup per lb of beef..simmer for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve
