    1 C OJ
    1 C 1% Milk
    1 medium banana
    3/4 C or 6 oz plain greek yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 pkt truvia
    ice about 1/2 C


I usually freeze bananas that are over ripe and use them in the smoothie. Sometimes I peel and chop them and place them in a ziplock to freeze.


Place ingredients uin blender and blend on high until mixed.
