    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Butterball Turkey Bacon 6 slices
    *Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove


You can use soy sauce intead of balsamic if you would like, not in calorie count.

You can also crisp up the turkey bacon before adding the cabbage for a little extral texture.


Spray Iron Skillet with Pam cooking spray.
Allow to get heat up.

Chop Turkey bacon into 1/2 inch pieces
Add to hot skillet, stir occasionally, watch closely so it does not burn.

Chop cabbage into 1/2 inch pieces or you may shred it as well. Add to skillet with bacon.

Cook until Cabbage is tender.

Add garlic and balsamic dressing.

Stir until well blended and serve.
