Introduction
THe secret is to massage the kale with the avocado before you ad the rest of the ingredients. Kale must be washed and cut into small bite size pieces, and, it must be dry. You can also add other types of fruits, re: a few grapes, or raisins. You can also add Cashews if you like. Ingredients

3 cups raw kale
1 whole avocado
2 gloves garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped onions, (red is best)
1 small apple
I fresh lemon
Annie's Asian Sesame Salad Dressing
Braggs liquid Aminos
Directions
Prepare the raw kale by washing and breaking or cutting it into small bite size pieces. Remove steams. Make sure kale is dry before you massage one whole avocado into the leaves. (You can also use a 1/2 of an avocado if you want)
Squeeze lemon over this. (no seeds)
Add in finely chopped garlic, onion, and apple.
Add Annie's Asian Sesame Dressing.
Toss and serve.
