    *Greek God Non fat Plain Yogurt 4 oz, 125 gram(s)
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 1 tbsp.
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) - frozen in halves
    Apples, fresh with skin, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) cut into 1/8ths
