Ingredients

    1 avacado
    2 navel oranges
    3 plum tomatoes
    1 med. onion
    2 limes
    basil (1/2 tsp fresh or 1 Tbsp fresh)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste

Tips

I loved this on black bean burgers...is great as a salsa too. You can heat it up with more cayenne if you like.


Directions

Dice avacado, onion, tomato(seeded) fine. (larger is serving as a side dish).
Slice skin and pith off oranges, dice-salvage juice and use if possible.
Juice 2 limes, add with salt and basil (chiffonade)-you can use dry basil(.5-1 tsp. to taste).
Combine together, let sit and chill if possible.

Serving Size: makes about 8 half cup servings. a great salsa also
