    2 pounds ground turkey
    6 slices of white bread
    1 cup of milk
    1T poultry seasoning
    1T ground sage
    1 cup onions
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg, beaten


Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.
Add to a large mixing bowl, the turkey, the poultry seasoning, the sage, the onions. Mix all together. Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add the bread ( squeeze out the milk) and the egg and the parmesan cheese.
Mix lightly and place in a loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
