    White Sauce;
    2 tlbs flour
    2 tlbs oil
    1 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    pepper to taste
    1cup cubbed/shredded chedar cheese

    2cup dry whole wheat pasta
    1cup polish sausage cut to bite sized pices


Start white sauce by heating oil in a sauce pan
add flour and whisk quickly, cook until golden
add milk salt and pepper stir continuously until sauce becomes viscous and has a slight sheen.
add cheese
cook noodles to aldente and drain
warm sausage
add noodles, sausage and cheese sauce

Serving Size: makes about 6, 1 cup searvings
