    Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli (5 pieces), 5 serving
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Corn Starch, 0.031 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .625 cup


Boil pasta according to package.

Heat milk on low heat. Mix water and corn starch until smooth. When milk is heated add corn starch mixture. Heat until thickened. Stir in cheese saving a handful for the top.

Pour half of the sauce on the bottom of a pan. lay raviolis in pan and pour the rest of the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
