    2/3 cup Splenda
    1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
    1/2 Peanut Butter
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Egg Whites
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


NOTE: The texture is not that of a regular brownie. More like a frittata.


preheat over to 350

heat peanut butter for 20-30 seconds in microwave. mix peanut butter, splenda. after that is missed add eggs, vanilla and almond milk.

mix protein powder, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.

combine dry and wet mixtures.

put into a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Cook at 350 for about 25 minutes

Serving Size: I cut into 12 pieces
