    2 tblsp. cider vinegar
    2 tblsp. pancake syrup
    2 teaspoons Dijonnaise
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    pepper and paprika to taste


I like this on field greens with toasted walnuts and apple pieces and maybe a few dried cranberries!


combine vinegar, syrup, and mustard in a small bowl and whisk to blend. drizzle in olive oil while whisking until blended. add seasonings and whisk in. let stand at room temperature until ready to use.
