Ingredients

    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    1 scoop whey (chocolate) pure protein powder
    1/2 cup almond butter or natural peanut butter
    1/3 cup raw honey or agave
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

I just smash together with my hands and form into balls. Works better than food processor I think. You could add coconut, dried fruits, nuts, sunflower seeds, or dark chocolate chips, but this would change the calorie count.
