    Canned Chicken, 1 5 oz. can - drained
    Apples, 2 medium - peeled and diced
    Onions, 1/2 medium - finely diced
    Celery, 1 medium stalk - finely diced
    Almonds, slivered - 1/3 cup
    Craisins - 2/3 cup
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1/2 cup
    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp


Best served the second day, so make it ahead for special occasions!


Combine chicken, apples, onions, celery, almonds, and craisins. Mix mayo, cream cheese, sour cream, and honey well. Stir mayo mixture into chicken mixture. May add a little milk or extra mayo if more dressing is desired. Chill thoroughly, and serve on your favorite bread or roll. We like it on thin sliced Italian bread.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 good sized servings.
