    1 cup dry lentils
    2 cups Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 small onion chopped
    1 teaspoon olive oil


Heat a 1 quart pan add 1 teaspoon olive oil.Add in the onion and cook until soft and transluscent.Add in the lentils and broth.Cover and cook on medium heat approximately 35 minutes or until the lentils are soft,and broth is absorbed.
