Ingredients

1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 t Salt
1/2 C Butter
2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Knead ingredients together. Form into 1" balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Prick the top of each cracker with a fork.
Bake at 350* for 12 - 15 minutes. Serve warm.
