Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp agave
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
    1/2 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
    2/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Heat agave and peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and mix. Coat oats in mixture. Add coconut and sunflower seeds. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Spread granola mixture on sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and toss on chocolate chips. Cool and store in fridge.
