    1 1/4 c wheat
    1 1/4 c oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 c olive oil
    3/4 c plain non fat yogurt
    1/4 c. milk


Grind wheat and oats in blender. In a bowl mix all ingredients. Spoon equally into muffin tins and cook in a preheated 425* oven for 12-15 mins. until done. Makes 12
