Introduction
Had an issue with wind and found tons of green tomatoes on the ground so I made the best of it!!! Had an issue with wind and found tons of green tomatoes on the ground so I made the best of it!!!Number of Servings: 160
Ingredients

4C Cabbage
4C Green tomatoes
4C onions
4 Red sweet pepper (add Hot pepper to taste)
8 Green sweet peppers
1/2C NON-IODIZED SALT
1C white sugar
1C Brown Sugar
2C Splenda
4C White Vinegar
1T Celery seed
1 1/2 T Turmeric
1 T Allspice
5 Pint sterilized jars, lids, rings
Directions
Fine chop or grind first 5 ingredients. Mix with salt. Place in cheesecloth lined colander over bowl. Let sit and drain for 24Hrs. Rinse well. Drain and squeeze excess liquid.
Heat vinegar, sugars, spices to a boil for 3 min
(DO NOT USE ALUMINUM PAN)
Add drained vegatables...Bring to boil..Simmer 10 Min.
Have prepared hot sterilized pint jars.
Have large canner filled with 2 - 3 Qtrs HOT water
Have additional hot water ready to add to canner.
Fill hot jars with relish, 1/2" head space - CLEAN TOP OF JAR- PLACE HOT LID ON Tighten SECURELY with ring.
Place in canner (space between each jar and sides)
Once all jars are filled and in canner fill with more hot water to cover jars with 2" of water. Bring to boil, cover, process 10 Min.
Remove from heat...Remove jars from water. Let sit to cool.
Serving Size: 160- 2T
