    1c diced potato
    2 sausage - I use choma sausage, Vienna can also work
    1c frozen peas
    1 big tomato
    1 small onion
    1 tsp crushed ginger
    1 carrot
    .5c cooked lentils
    2c water
    1 tsp salt
    1 dash black pepper
    1 Tsp dried herbs


Serve on pasta or rice


clean & cut the veggies. Fry the onions, add crushed ginger & spices, fry 2 minutes, cut sausage into small pieces & add, fry for another 2 minutes, add all the veggies & water, boil for 20 minutes. squash the potatoes & boil for another 5 minutes.
