Ingredients

    2 c flour
    1/4 c cocoa powder
    1/3 c sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1.5 c blackberries, mashed
    1/2 c butter, melted
    1 egg
    2 tbsp part skim ricotta
    2/3 c water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with dry, wet with wet and then mix all together. Place in greased bread pan and bake in the oven at 350 for 60 minutes. Makes 16 slices.
