    Bread, french, 5 oz
    Green Chili, Hatch, Diced, 4 oz
    Onions, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick), diced
    Chicken Breast, no skin, roasted, 6 ounces
    Egg, 5 extra large
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz
    Milk, 2%, 2.5 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 5 oz


Serve with hot sauce liberally sprinkled on, corn chips and salsa on the side.


Use a 8 x 8 casserole dish. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes. Remove and let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
