    pillsbury white cake mix
    lg container of whip chream
    bag of frozen mixed berries- defrosted


follow cake instructions for a white cake (using egg whites) substitute half of the oil asked with apple sauce
use two cake pans'
when cakes are cooked and cooled turn out one cake on a plate or dish
line the outside ring of cake with whip cream, this is so that none of the berry juice runs.
then spoon the berry mix making a layer on top of cake within the whipped cream ring. try not to use the juice . place other layer of cake on top and then use the remaining whipped cream to frost the out side of the cake.
