Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 - 3 lb beef chuck roast
    1 can beef broth (low-sod)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 potatoes
    12 carrots
    1 cups whole mushrooms
    1 package onion soup mix
    1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce

Directions

Place chuck roast in crock pot. Pour 1 can beef broth and 1 can cream of celery soup over top. Add potatoes (with skins) and carrots - both cut in large stew chunks. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix. Pour on steak sauce. Cover and cook 3.5 hours on high in crockpot or 6 hours on low.
