    Tomatillos, 8 medium
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    Garlic, 8 cloves
    Cilantro, raw, 1.5 cups
    Salt to taste


Broil or grill tomatillos, onion, and serrano pepper until charred. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until you reach consistency desired.

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups, or 64 1 tbsp servings
