Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 family pack pork chops de-boned
    1 bag of frozen pepper medley (green, red, yellow, orange and onions)
    1 large can of diced or stewed tomatoes
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    4 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce (about 7 good shakes)

    Brown rice, cooked (about 6 cups)

Tips

Have fun with this recipe...everyone has a different taste so add what you like! Chili powder, garlic, seasonings, or even apple! Make it your own, and enjoy! :)


Directions

Here's the simple part. One you cut the bone and excess fat off the chops, just throw all ingredients except the rice into the crock pot and set it for 6 hours on high!
Prepare and serve over rice.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings or 2-4 with yummy leftovers!
