Ingredients

2/3 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1 large Egg
2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
2 tbsp margarine or natural (unsweetened) applesauce
1/3 cup Folger's Cappuccino Mocha Chocolate
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Tips
Use other flavors of cappuccino mix and/or chips for a nice change...
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
In medium bowl, beat milk, butter, and egg with wire whisk or fork until blended. Stir in Bisquick mix, chips, and cappuccino just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups. (Be careful not to overfill)
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 12 individual muffins
