    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper


Mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls. Place on broiler pan in oven at 400 degrees for 17-19 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs. 4 servings of 3 meatballs each
