Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Minute Rice Instant White Rice (serv= 1c cooked rice), 4 serving
    Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, roasted, 12 ounces (remove)

Directions

Cook rice according to package.

Heat sausage in pan until rice is done. Mix in rice and tamari sauce. Cook veggies in microwave.

Make three holes in the rice. Place the egg in one and split the eggbeaters between the other two. Cook until set then scramble and mix in the rice. Add the veggies.

Serving Size: makes 8 3/4 cup serving
