Ingredients

    3 small peaches, peeled & diced
    4 Tbsp chia seeds
    2 Tbsp honey
    .5 cup water

Tips

This recipe *looks* better with strawberries. When made with peaches, the look is a bit gross but the flavor is great.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring/mashing as you bring to a boil. Lower heat & simmer 15-20 minutes until you achieve good consistency, continuing to stir/mash. Remove from heat and empty into a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
