Ingredients

    1 container cherry or grape tomoatoes (cut in half or quarters)
    4 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup goat cheese
    6 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
    1/2 cup parsley (minced)
    1/2 cup basil (minced)
    3 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package.

Chop tomatoes in half or quarters.

Add 1 tablespoon broth to a skillet. Add minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds on medium heat. Add the rest of the broth and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.

Mince parsley and basil.

Add cooked pasta, basil, and parsley to the sauce and toss. Crumble goat cheese into pasta and toss to melt. Serve!
