    4 oz. Dried Beef, Shredded
    6 x 8 oz. Chicken Breasts
    2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
    16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream


Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan. Spread the shredded dried beef on the bottom of the pan. Layer chicken on top of the dried beef.

Mix together the sour cream and cream of chicken soup.

Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken. Bake at 300* for 2 1/2 hours.

Makes 6 Servings. Serve with noodles or brown rice.
