Introduction

This is my all time favorite healthy snack! This is my all time favorite healthy snack!
Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    1 cup of oats
    1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
    1/2 cup ground flax seeds (you can grind your own or buy them ground)
    1 cup of organic toasted coconut (I used shredded & toasted myself) (you can omit if you don't like coconut and add an extra 1/3 cup of oats)
    1/2 cup of organic honey or organic maple syrup
    1/8 cup cocoa powder (more if you like really chocolate taste)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Heavy dash of cinnamon (to your taste)

Tips

Keep your hands wet and this won't stick.


Directions

Mix it all together in a bowl. Put in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Take it out, wet your hands (won't stick) and roll into small balls. Refrigerate for an hour, then put in an airtight bowl and keep in the refrigerator!

Serving Size: Depends on how small or large you roll them
