    Ole tortilla
    egg substitute
    fat free cheddar cheese (1Tbs)
    salsa (1Tbs)
    sour cream
    cooking spray


Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add egg substitute, cheese & salsa to pan. salt & pepper to taste. Warm tortilla in microwave 15 seconds. When egg is done, transfer to tortilla & roll into burrito, tucking side edges in as you roll. Serve plain or with 1 Tbls of sour cream
