Number of Servings: 3


    Handful of Spinach
    4 Brussel Sprouts
    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Orange
    2 slices of Pinapple (and some juice from the can)
    Splash of milk
    small can of diet redbull or an oz of the concentrate used in Soda Stream machines


Throw all ingredients whole into Blendtec or Vitamix (remove peels from Orange and Banana) and blend with ice.

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 20 OZ servings
