Ingredients



    *Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup
    *Carrot, 1 7" long carrot, 2 serving
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Cabbage, fresh, .23 head, large (about 7" dia)
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 24 oz
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    *No Yolks Kluski Noodles (2 oz), 1.5 serving
    Celery, raw, 2 strip (4" long)
    *Bouillon Cube - Chicken - Herb-ox - 1 Cube = Serving, 2 serving

Directions

saute onion and garlic in 1 T oil. Add remaining veggies and 1 T oil and cook a few minutes. Put all veggies in crockpot with remaining ingredients including 1/2 tsp thyme, black pepper and salt.
