    1 small apple, cut up
    1 banana, sliced
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 1.5 oz box raisins
    Mayo, enough to coat
    Sugar, to taste
    lemon juice to keep from browning


Mix all fruit in a bowl, stir in sugar and mayo and chill. Great for snacking at work! (my "serving" was about 3 tbsp in a container I brought to work)
