    1 pound top round steak, fat trimmed
    1 cup broccoli slaw
    1 cup snow peas
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 cup bean sprouts
    4 tablespoons lite soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    1 large green bell pepper, sliced into strips
    1 packet sunbird hot n spicy szechuan seasoning mix
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 small onion, diced


1. In a bowl combine 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning packet. Mix well; set aside.

2. In a large wok, heat oils and add onion and steak. Cook until steak is almost done, about 5 minutes.

3. Add bell pepper, sesame oil, broccoli slaw, snow peas, and water chestnuts. Stir fry just until soft-crisp, about 3 minutes.

4. Add bean sprouts and remaining soy sauce. Cook 1 minute.

5. Add reserved sauce. Mix well. Stir fry just until sauce has slightly thickened, around 2 minutes. Serve hot.
